Legally educated in France, the UK and the USA (LL.M. UCLA), and holder of a Ph.D. Summa cum laude, Alan Ragueneau started his career as a practicing lawyer in Big 4 and international law firms as well as visiting professor specialized in the law of new technologies. Alan Ragueneau spent close to 20 years in the legal function of large multi-national companies in the pharmaceutical, food and white goods sector where he built integrated solutions combining global legal advice, business processes and low code technology, led large cross-functional team at global and regional level and was also board member of multi-billion businesses. Alan Ragueneau created a consulting legal advisory business since 2020 in partnership with Dentons the largest law firms in the world. He has built innovative solutions for global companies to help lawyers focus on high-add value work and empower businesspeople manage legal activities autonomously and safely. He is a member of CLOC, Cercle Mont Blanc, has won Law Without Walls 2023 Spring legal innovation competition, is teaching contract engineering at HEAD law school, and has authored a paper on legal spend and collaboration in the book to be published by Liquid Legal Institute on Digital Legal Department Handbook 2023.

Konstantinos is an Attorney at Law with an extensive record on domestic and cross-border commercial law litigation and consulting and he serves as Director and Co-founder of Athens Legal Tech. With a background in business and law, he has also been advising tech startups on legal and growth strategy while previously has served as a co-founder of a sharing economy startup. He holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. He has also completed the Entrepreneurship; Innovation Program offered by the MIT Sloan School of Management and received additional executive education on business development from the New York University.
