Alan Ragueneau is a trailblazer in transforming legal service delivery, seamlessly integrating technology, law, and business processes. With over 20 years of experience across multinational corporations in pharmaceuticals, food, and consumer goods, Alan has a visionary approach to legal innovation. His dual focus today includes a consulting business advising Fortune 5000 law departments on digital transformation, with focus on the implementation of Legal Front Door solutions and the development of contract playbooks, as well as the development of a groundbreaking SaaS platform to help multinational boards efficiently manage global legal risks. Educated in France, the UK, and the USA (LL.M. from UCLA) and holding a Ph.D. (Summa Cum Laude), Alan began his career in Big 4 and international law firms, specializing in tech law and serving as a visiting professor. As a leader in the legal functions of multinationals, he pioneered integrated solutions that harmonized global legal advice, business processes, and low-code technology, steering cross-functional teams globally and serving as a board member for multi-billion-dollar enterprises. In 2020, Alan launched his consulting business in collaboration with Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, where he helped legal teams embrace digital transformation successfully. A winner of the 2023 Law Without Walls legal innovation competition, Alan is also a dedicated member of CLOC and Cercle Mont Blanc, he is the European Legal Tech Association (ELTA) ambassador for Switzerland. He contributes to raising the level of maturity of the legal community regarding legal operations and technology through projects with GC associations like Cercle Montesquieu. Konstantinos is an Attorney at Law with an extensive record on domestic and cross-border commercial law litigation and consulting and he serves as Director and Co-founder of Athens Legal Tech. With a background in business and law, he has also been advising tech startups on legal and growth strategy while previously has served as a co-founder of a sharing economy startup. He holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MBA from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management. He has also completed the Entrepreneurship; Innovation Program offered by the MIT Sloan School of Management and received additional executive education on business development from the New York University.

Jon has previously been the founder and CEO of Money Debt and Credit and saw the company through a successful IPO and subsequently a sale to Grant Thornton. In the last 10 years Jon has also been the founder of BA Life, a Marketing Agency with offices in Istanbul, Dubai, Casablanca and Prague.

Margrét Anna Einarsdóttir is the CEO and Founder of Justikal eCourt System. Justikal is a software solution that allows attorneys and others to send documents electronically to the courts. With the solution of Justikal, parties can monitor court proceedings and receive automatic notifications when new events occur in their case. These among other features in the solution are meant to enable parties to be more productive and work in a more convenient and efficient way than they have been able to do before in the legal system. Security is the highest priority in Justikal’s solution. Therefore, Justikal uses trust services in compliance with the eIDAS Regulation. Last year Justikal raised a $2.8M funding round from the growth fund Eyrir Vöxtur. The newly acquired capital is supposed to strengthen the company’s development, sales, and marketing team to pursue foreign markets. Before she founded the company, Margrét Anna was practicing as an attorney for approximately 10 years and worked at the Icelandic Defence Agency, Logos legal services and Jónatansson & Co legal services. Margrét Anna is very passionate about LegalTech and innovation and has from an early age been fascinated with finding new ways of doing things.
