Ana-Maria is an ambitious and driven attorney with a passion for digital and commerce business law. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, she has successfully managed her own law office - Legally Remote - since 2017, providing comprehensive legal solutions to business, digital and tech customers, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating business risks. Ana-Maria is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements, such as software licensing, IT services, and NDAs, and is always up-to-date with the latest legal developments in her field. Ana-Maria holds a law degree from the prestigious University of Bucharest, Romania, and an LL.M. in International Contracts and Compliance from the renowned University of Fribourg, Switzerland, where she earned a scholarship. She also underwent a research year at the University of Nova, supported by a scholarship from Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia. Currently, and she now is enrolled in the double MBA program at Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Metiers, Paris and Bucharest Business School, ASE, to further broaden her horizons.
