Karol Valencia is a lawyer, educator, service & UX designer and co-founder of @WowLegalX. Currently, she works as an advisor for WOW Legal Experience and MKT Specialist at ClauseBase. She is passionate about turning theory into action while thriving in creating innovative experiences in the legal and justice sector. With more than a decade of experience – of which more than 8 years in legal tech and technology, she works on improving services and products alongside dedicated teams. With a law degree and a Masters in Business Management & Corporate Social Responsibility, Karol has also taken courses in UX design, service design and full-stack web programming and acquired an international MBA in Project Management.
