Senior Partner at Fidal
Recognized as a leading female lawyer in France, she has over 20 years of experience as a chief legal counsel, industry advisor, and international strategist. As a Senior Partner at Fidal, the largest law firm in France, and Head of International, she assists clients in innovating and developing successful businesses. Her career began in 1995 at Arthur Andersen International, and she joined Fidal in 2002. With extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions, she leads the M&A practice in the firm’s Paris office. She serves as Vice Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA)’s European Regional Forum, a position to which she was elected in 2019. Notably, she is the first representative of a French firm to hold this role. She considers it an honor to provide Fidal with a voice in the most prestigious and influential body representing the global legal profession. Her extensive experience with the IBA and Fidal revealed market gaps that inspired her to establish unyer in 2021, an international organization offering seamless professional services. As CEO, she leads an organization comprising over 2,550 lawyers from cutting-edge firms. In 2023, she was named one of the "Best Lawyers in France" for her corporate law practice in the 2024 Best Lawyers awards.
